HELLO, JAMBO! issue 1, march 2009

Hello, welcome to the first jambo-newsletter,
Here you can read about the progress of the jamborette project.

The jambo-team recently put a file together to ask the Belgian army for help in the supply tents. The army is in search of projects where they can promote themselves as an open minded modern employer. Our jamborette seemed us the perfect project for this objective. We hope that the belgian forces will approve our request.

The jambo-team is gathering wood for pioneering purposes and for the campfires. Contacts have been laid with local and supra local firms. To be able to get the massive ammount of pioneering poles together, the jambo-team contacted various youth mouvements in the region.

The jambo team is in search of translators for FRENCH. mail to info@jamborette.be if you want to correct our attempts to write French texts.

The first jambo-publications to go abroud are currently being printed. In early April we'll send them to all available adresses. We still are looking for scouting contacts from over all Europe. If you attended a jamboree yourselve, please send your contacts to us. We will then send them an invitation to our 'cosy jamborette'.
